Abstract

On the basis of the executed sociological research of a problem of motivation of increase of a intellectual potential of young workers on a labour market of the Penza region are revealed structure of the motives promoting increase of this resource. The author also founded a number of measures on stimulation of processes of continuous training, in particular, development of vocational potential of the person by means of formation of a control system by a intellectual potential.
